Losing weight can be hard if you have no one to follow or no one to help motivate you. The reason that I know this is because I too was trying to lose weight and I was finding it harder and harder. I had no idea what to eat, what to do if I was to join a gym or how to target areas that I needed to lose the most weight. I hated taking pictures with my friends, I hated going shopping for clothes because nothing fit and I felt that as If I looked not right in any of the clothes. I wanted to lose weight and I wanted to be one of those people that you seen in all the before and after pictures. Just that I wanted the after picture now and didn't want to look at the before picture anymore!
When I finally realized that I wanted to lose weight I did just like everyone else does and I took my before picture, wishing the after picture would come soon and I set off on my weight loss journey. This is what I did to lose 50 pounds in 6 months.

I gave up fast food and for the first week of my journey I ate nothing but salad for lunch for 1 week and I ate nothing but a chicken breast and salad for dinner with an iced tea. For breakfast I would have a plate of fruits and a cup of oatmeal. For snacks I would have a bag of popcorn or some pretzels.
For exercise I did not kill myself but instead I just walked everyday for 5 days a week for just 30 minutes. In 6 months I shed off just about 50 pounds and I was able to lose weight and take my after picture.
