Almost all the before and after pictures pushing these products show the same things, a lot of the weight loss shown is actually in the models posture.
Ok, here is your little live demonstration to prove this. After reading through this article, stand up, preferably in front of a mirror, and try it for yourself!
Stand up, but totally relax your shoulders and let them fall forward, like someone with poor posture. Note how far your belly is now sticking out. Now, stand up straight - shoulders back.
